Adecco’s global Value Realization Office is looking for a finance professional to support its Group Transformation Program “GrowTogether”. As Global Transformation Value Realization Manager you drive top line and bottom line growth through business insight and stewardship. This job encompasses the responsibility to assess Adecco’s strategic business and technology portfolio and its alignment to commercial needs and financial targets. As part of that you will to demonstrate insights from Customer Experience and Front to Back Office productivity.
You will report into the Global Head of VRO and, with a dotted line, into the Global Transformation Program Lead.
- Define and own the Group’s value driver & KPI framework for its strategic transformation portfolio in alignment with global SMEs and drive its operationalization
- Partner with regional transformation directors and project teams to ensure VRO methodology and frameworks are consistently applied
- Review funding requests with regards to financial plausibility and ensure alignment to globally defined business objectives and success KPIs
- Mature and maintain global value tracking methodology from baselining, tracking and monitoring based on regional best practices and in collaboration with countries
- Monitor overall impact of initiatives launched based on KPI evolution; extract drivers for success and learnings to support ongoing “start – stop – continue”- analysis
- Establish and maintain VRO community across regions and business units
- Train global and regional stakeholders on Value Realization methodology and ensure its consistent application across the Group
- Act as global finance contact for GrowTogether
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree. MBA or Master’s Degree in related business areas desirable.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Experience in value realization tracking and reporting
- Exposure to large-scale transformation(s) and digitization initiatives
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance & accounting and business analysis
- Business oriented mindset and experience in working in dynamic environments
- Strong collaboration skills and cross-cultural fluency
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Travel requirement: 20%
