We're hiring! The Adecco Group is seeking a dynamic Regional ITD Program Manager (Small & Medium Markets) in Singapore to lead and manage global IT delivery programs. Ready to make an impact on a global scale? 

Regional Program Manager role with matrix reporting to the ITD SMM FO Program Manager for Front Office (FO) & the Regional ITD SVP :

Accountable for FO Global Program delivery in Asia SMM (Small Medium Markets)

Ensure successful FO program delivery, in alignment with The Adecco Group ITD PMO methodology

Manage, coordinate and align Front Office projects in Asia SMM aligning with programs in The Adecco Group ITD Strategy Roadmap

The IT Project Manager role with matrix reporting to the ITD SMM FO Program Manager is responsible for:

Managing an IT FO SMM Projects delivery in Asia end-to-end: from initiation to execution & project closure

Coordinating internal Adecco Teams to deliver on time/quality/budget

Coordinating external providers to deliver on time/quality/budget

Manage scope, planning, budget & deliverables

Organize & chair operational meeting

Main tasks & Responsibilities 

Execute respective SMM FO program with the support of relevant Project Managers, Sponsors, and Steering Committee

Coordinate various SMM FO projects within the region and their interdependencies

Project monitoring is up to date (planning, budget, deliverables)

Escalations are managed in due time with proposed mitigations

Alerts are raised in due time with proposals.

Create, Own and Maintain the portfolio & Roadmap of the Front Office initiatives from the countries in scope.

Understand adoption and support of Different Front Office Products in the Countries in scope and advise on long term strategy.

Be the owner of the relationship and Single Point Of Contact with the Country from Front Office perspective and escalation point

Develop a deep understanding of the Business processes in the countries in Scope

Run governance, bring together cross-function teams, gain alignment between diverse functions and act as company-wide evangelist.

Work Closely and engage with countries, regions and business lines across The Adecco Group

Work Experience 

At least 8-10 years of experience working as project manager in IT: 

8+ Years of PM role(advantage if experience in delivering CRM and / or ATS projects)

Experience in spearheading a regional IT Programs

Experience in IT/Digital implementation

Experience with managing business stakeholders

Good command of English, writing & orally. Other Asian languages will be a plus

Experience working in global context (Core template definition or implementation, country deployment of a core model)

Experience working with global teams including offshore locations

Experience in alignment with business stakeholders

Ability to influence in a matrix organization

Experience in managing external team(s) in different locations and time zones

Exposure to Agile methodology

Work experience in a multinational and multicultural environment

Good communication skills

Education

Degree / Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer/data science alternatively a degree / master’s degree in business, economics or similar supplemented with computer science degrees or certifications.

Certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) and / or Program Management (PgMP / PfMP)

Travel Requirement

Occasional (up to 20%)
