We are currently seeking a we are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager (1-year assignment) to join their FinOps Digital Transformation Team.
Mission:
The Project Manager will be managing and coordinating Finance-related project activities related to FinOps implementation for the Off-Shoring Waves. The role will involve collaborating closely with Global Process Owners, Business Leaders, IT leads, and FinOps PMO to ensure timely execution of tasks, risk management, and reporting. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee Knowledge Transfer activities and ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Core responsibilities:
· Drive identification and mobilization of the local Finance project resources for the FinOps Off-shoring Wave.
· Drive identification and mobilization of the Finance operations backfills, if required
· Support preparation and relevant updates to the Integrated Project Plan for the Wave.
· Ensure enablement, participation and co-ordination for project meetings required for the Wave, as a part of the pre-defined project governance framework.
· Establish upstream and downstream collaboration channels for the FinOps project team.
· Coordinate and communicate complete set of action plans with FinOps project stakeholders.
· Validate relevance for the future set-up of Wave-specific auxiliary systems used in Finance operations.
· Oversee execution of all Wave-specific project activities based on the Integrated Project Plan.
· Identify, monitor and communicate project risks, propose mitigation actions, as required.
· Oversee preparation of project progress reporting and report-out progress to Business Leaders and FinOps Transformation Lead as a part of the pre-defined project governance framework.
· Support achievement of Wave-specific Business Case, validate deviations and propose solutions to close identified gaps, if any.
· Collaborate closely with FinOps Hub management and Tower leads to ensure Hub resources readiness for Knowledge Transfer and subsequent Hub operational support for the Wave.
· Support preparation and execution of Knowledge Transfer activities into the FinOps Hub.
· Oversee preparation and ensure completeness and availability of all Wave-specific project documentation, incl. project reference materials and process desktop procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
· BA in Finance, Business Analysis and other relevant
· At least 3-5 years of project management experience in global, complex environment.
· Experience in developing and maintaining project tools, incl. reporting packages, progress trackers and issue logs.
· Project management skillset.
· Knowledge of Finance operations and Shared Service operating models.
· Ability to challenge status in a professional and constructive manner.
· Problem solving skills.
· Ability to establish solid working relationships.
· Change agent and progress driver.
· Ability to work under pressure and according to short deadlines.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Fluent in English (working language proficiency).
