You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group providing inhouse services and improving operational & financial excellence. We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team in the position of SENIOR HR OPS SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Very good level of written and spoken English
- Professional experience in the support and organization of HR processes
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point...) as well as a high affinity for digital processes and handling IT tools
- Experience in the organization and administration of events
- Good time and organizational management
- Flexibility and resilience (with regard to unforeseen challenges)
- Proactive and communicative personality
Key skills, qualifications and experience:
- University Degree in Human Resources (or any other relevant field)
- More than 3 years of professional experience in learning and development field
- Advanced German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Comfortable using MS Office applications– EXCEL, WORD, etc.
- Persistent mindset, proactive and positive approach
- Hands-On mentality and team player
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and time management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
