The Senior Manager, Executive Search Consultant Adecco/Europe will spearhead the recruitment efforts for senior executive positions across the Adecco Group’s Europe operations as well as the Adecco GBU. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional networking abilities, and deep expertise in executive search and talent management processes. Specific to the activities for Adecco, this role will establish itself as a deep expert in the Recruitment/Staffing industry including solutions such as flexible placement, permanent recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion, Training and Outsourcing. The Senior Manager, Executive Search Consultant will work closely with senior leadership of Adecco Global Business Unit and European region to understand business needs and identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent.
What you’ll be doing- Executive Search Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive global executive search strategies to attract top-tier executive talent aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and culture.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs and provide strategic recruitment insights and solutions.
- Global Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct headhunting, networking, industry databases, and social media, to identify high-potential executive candidates globally.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of executive candidates, including in-depth interviews, background checks, and reference checks, ensuring a strong fit with company needs and culture.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates to meet current and future leadership needs.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market dynamics to inform search strategies and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in all executive search efforts, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates and equitable talent development opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve executive search processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 8 years of international experience in executive search with a focus on French market; additional experience in an in-house corporate environment
- Strong business acumen and focus in the professional services/retail industry, including ability to interpret its trends and subsequent talent impacts.
- Proven track record in identifying, attracting, securing, and developing executive-level talent.
- Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership across the organization
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in executive search tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to addressing recruitment challenges.
- Results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and independently.
