Nous recherchons un Chargé d’opérations immobilières H/F en support du Directeur Immobilier dans les cadrages des projets immobiliers de son périmètre. Le poste est basé au sein du siège Adecco à Villeurbanne.

Le Chargé des opérations immobilières H/F soutient le cadrage des projets immobiliers pour tous les GBUs, en garantissant le respect des coûts, de la qualité et des délais depuis la conception jusqu'à l'achèvement, tout en veillant à la conformité avec les réglementations et les processus internes. Il/elle s'assure du respect des cycles de validation juridique.

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

Gestion

·        Identifier, comprendre et étudier les besoins clients

·        Etablir et suivre le planning par rapport au cahier des charges

·        Suivre le pilotage de l'ensemble des prestataires du projet immobilier

·        Coordonner les services internes et externes en vue d'optimiser l'opération immobilière

Administration et juridique

·        Participer à l’optimisation de la gestion des baux sous le contrôle des directions Juridique et Financière.

·        Assurer la veille juridique immobilière. 

Reporting

·        Mettre à jour la base de données permettant la livraison des dossiers

Des déplacements ainsi que des découchages sont à prévoir.


Titulaire d’un BAC+2/3 en gestion d’entreprise ou dans un domaine connexe, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans la gestion de projets immobiliers. Vous êtes autonome, méthodique et capable de gérer des situations complexes tout en respectant les deadlines.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre capacité à gérer les imprévus. Un rythme soutenu et un respect des délais strict feront partie de votre quotidien.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les réglementations et le marché de l’immobilier.

Vous appréciez de travailler en équipe et vous tenez à maintenir une communication fluide avec nos partenaires internes et externes.
