La direction marketing recherche un.e Marketing specialist.


Vos missions sur ce poste :


Stratégie Marketing

  • Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie marketing en accord avec la stratégie mondiale et la déployer
  • Participation à l’élaboration du Plan Marketing et à sa mise en oeuvre
  • Décliner et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing des différentes offres afin d’atteindre des objectifs business en lien direct avec le business
  • Mener des campagnes de marketing locales en exploitant le contenu mondial, en développant le contenu local et en promouvant les produits à travers les canaux de marketing
  • Travailler l'attraction et la génération de leads BtoB et BtoC
  • Déterminer, mettre en œuvre et suivre les outils d’évaluation des performances et de l’impact des campagnes marketing
  • Analyser les marchés et identifier les opportunités de croissance
  • Préparer les rapports d'activité trimestriels et annuels
  • Veiller à ce que les communications marketing soient coordonnées et conformes au message.

Communication Interne et Externe

  • Fédérer les collaborateurs autour de l’identité, des valeurs et de l’actualité du groupe.
  • Planifier et mettre en œuvre les plans de communication interne et externe.
  • Garantir la représentation des marques sur les réseaux sociaux.
  • Superviser et coordonner les activités des prestataires et partenaires, incluant le développement du site internet.


Promotion et Représentation

  • Promouvoir l’image de l’entreprise et contribuer au développement de la marque employeur en interne comme en externe.
  • Organiser les évènements internes et externes (convention, séminaire, vœux…) et l'engagement des clients.


Gestion de Projets

  • Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, en respectant les délais et les budgets alloués.
  • Assurer le suivi du budget et le reporting de l’activité marketing.
  • Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes marketing.

Vous êtes diplômé(e) en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe.

Afin de réussir sur ce poste, une expérience de plus de 3 ans est souhaitée dans une fonction similaire et comprenant la gestion de projets divers (digital, com interne, …) Vous avez une vision stratégique et des capacités d'organisation, de pilotage, de priorisation. Vous maîtrisez le pack Office, les outils de graphisme (Adobe), les outils digitaux de communication et les réseaux sociaux. Vos qualités rédactionnelles sont avérées ainsi que votre capacité à créer des narratifs développés.

Dynamisme, esprit d’initiative, bon relationnel et capacité à fédérer autour des projets vous permettront de réussir au sein du groupe Adecco.


Evoluant au sein d'un environnement international, la maitrise de l'anglais est nécessaire.
