About the role

The Organizational Change Manager is a member of the Project Management Office team and will be overseeing the Change Management & associated Communications. The Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the project-related changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. This person will focus on impacted target groups as well as stakeholders by assessing changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

What you’ll be doing

• Apply a structured change management methodology and provide a consolidated change landscape monitoring all project related changes
• Assess project related risks as well as identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Create a change management strategy based on actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications, sponsor & stakeholder management, coaching & training, resistance management
• Identify and manage affected target groups and anticipated resistance to ensure user readiness
• Consult, coach and engage the different project teams
• Consult, coach and engage senior leaders, managers and supervisors
• Support organizational development and definition of roles and responsibilities
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress (e.g. readiness, adoption, utilization and proficiency)
• Support change management at the organizational level, Enterprise Change Management
• Building senior stakeholder understanding and engagement to own and drive the changes required to reach the target operating model and achieve the goals of the project
• Developing the change transition planning alongside the implementation teams supporting the execution of successful Go-Lives, with minimal operational disruption

About you

• Proven track record operating as a senior Organizational Change Manager, structuring and delivering pragmatic change solutions as part of large, complex, multi-geography, multi-year transformations
• Able to articulate benefits of key organizational change activities and work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex, technical solutions into a concise articulation of impacts
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to influence at a senior management level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Proven team player, committed to meeting the common goals and able to excel in virtual teams
• Pro-active, forward-looking mindset and exceptional delivery focus
• Flexible and able to work under time pressure as required by the project schedule, whilst motivating the team
• Demonstrate leadership, people management, team building, and coaching in an operational environment
• University degree or similar education with approximately 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Finance
• Ability to travel as needed
• Change management certification desired. Prosci Certification is a plus.
