Data Quality Control Lead

We are looking for a Data Quality Control Lead to join the Global Data Platform team. The vision of the Global Data Platform is to be a trusted source for all the data inside and outside Adecco, and that means delivering the highest quality data in a reliable way. We need a strong quality control lead to put in robust monitoring and reporting processes around the data flowing through the platform, adding quality controls into data transformation activities, anticipating future problems, and drive quality issues to resolution. You'll also work with the platform development teams to ensure that new functionality does not compromise the wider platform.

• Performs baseline data quality metrics and assessments to ensure data consistency within the GDP
• Implement, operate, and own the data quality management tool
• Oversee, define, and implement a programme of data quality improvements, policies and assurance processes to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance
• Reporting on all activities relating to data quality with key metrics
• Integrate data quality KPI’s into the data catalogue
• Continually looking for innovative ways to make improvements based on the latest trends and research
• Coordinate all activities related to data quality
• Work closely with the platform development teams

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a position with comparable complexity
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a technical data quality related function with a proven strong understanding of a data platform and it’s challenges
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience of working in a Global environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change
• Ability to work collaboratively across all areas within the team
• Able to work under pressure with a flexible approach
• Able to work on own initiative, prioritising tasks and managing time appropriately
• A university degree in a relevant subject is desirable
• Professional qualifications in Compliance can be helpful
