Recruitment Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our team within Adecco where you will be located within one of our largest accounts based in Congleton, Cheshire. This is a hybrid position where you will be based on site 3 days per week and 2 days from home. You will be the main point of contact within this industrial site where you will liaise day to day with hiring managers and directors.

• Relationship management with hiring managers
• Relationship management with MSP
• Coordinating recruitment activity, can include screening, coordinating interviews and managing offers
• Conduct briefing calls/meetings and recruitment update meetings with HMs
• Attend monthly or Quarterly review meetings with HMs with account team
• Provide data to AM for review meetings

• Previous recruitment experience within an industrial environment is desirable
• Customer service experience is essential
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written are key for this position
• Ability to work within a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach
