The Business strategy and marketing intelligence, Amazon, mission is to enable data-driven decision taking for the whole TAG environment within the Amazon account. His/her focus will be to increase visibility internal knowledge to help sales and business decision, as well as becoming a strategic growth partner to Amazon by providing valuable insights.
Design and align vision and ambition for every brand of the TAG portfolio with sales teams in coordination with key stakeholders of each brand
Deploy Amazon specific strategy for all TAG brand portfolio and all geographies
Ensure visibility on cost and level of delivery in coordination with Amazon account Finance controller
Standardize reporting (KPI scorecard) globally everywhere Adecco operates for the Amazon account
Report data on Adecco deployment in the Amazon account: market share per geography, brand; candidate data (candidate pipeline, conversion ratio; candidate satisfaction) and create action plans accordingly
Embed NPS (rNPS, tNPS, dNPS) in sales reporting and create action plans to bridge gaps where required
- Drive salesforce deployment to ensure transparency and increase sales efficiency
- Develop predictive analytics, specific to Amazon Account to drive sales effort and bring insights when required (market insights, Amazon site locations)
- Produce Amazon white papers for internal teams and client meetings
- Benchmark best-in-class solutions in coordination with OPEX director (process mapping) and engage countries to replicate
- Develop a communication stream between all the Amazon teams in countries and brands to enable transparency and quick action taking (MS Teams channels, Business stories, monthly results, Quarterly highlights)
- Support contract bids in coordination with sales/operational teams
- Bachelor’s degree or MSc in Management, Business Administration or
related subjects
Type of work experience
- 3-5 years relevant professional experience
- Project management of global, cross-functional projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are an asset
- Highly self-motivated, collaborative worker, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Able to see the big picture, while maintaining acute attention to details
