As the market leader in Career Transition (CT), we are focused on developing our CT and Mobility Delivery model toensure consistent quality and standards of excellence. To do this, we are looking to expand our team of permanent consultants working alongside our associate community to deliver both one to one support and group learning.In addition, we would look for your creative input into expanding and developing our career transition services as well as the ability to work closely with our clients and other stakeholders.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Delivery ofone to onecareer coaching according to the parameters of the delivery model, with the ability to provide career coaching across a broad range of sectors and at all levels. C-suite desirable but not necessary
- Key performance indicators to be achieved in line with the overall business strategy – Quality data, time to land expectation, evaluation returnrate
- Facilitation of group learning events i.e. seminars,workshopsand webinarsboth online and in person
- Work closely with theEngagement andSales teams to ensure that the service to candidates reflects the contractualguidelines
- Ableto demonstrate social media & AI toolknowledgein order that candidates are usingin theircurrent job searchchannels
- Conduct complimentary meetings for international colleagues seeking UK job marketintel
- Organisation of candidate events i.e. Networking, Spotlight Days to further enhance the candidateexperience
- Research into, and creation of, new material to continually update and develop our career transitionandsupport Subject Matter Expert (SME)offering to clients andcandidates
- Facilitation of training LHH Associates in the LHH tools and methodology
- SME or support an SMEin specialist CT topics to support candidates with ad hocmeetings
- Any other ad hoc tasks or duties as required by thebusiness
All About You
- Must have a coaching qualificationandexperience of working in commercial, customer-focused environments is equallyimportant
- Knowledge of career transition coaching and techniques including one to one coaching, group facilitation, webinar experience.
- Educated to degree level or business experience equivalent with evidence of continual professional development relating to coaching, counselling and/or career transitionskills
- Strong social media skills including active use ofLinkedIn
- Ability to effectively keep records through online information management system.
- Experience of virtual delivery inc Zoom & Microsoft Teams
- Experience of HR, recruitment and/or outplacement services would bebeneficial
- Strong communication style with ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders at alllevels
- Ability to produce creative career transition materials such as workshops andworkbooks
- Good admin skills in order to maximise utilisation of diarytime
- A collaborative approach to working that embraces diversity of thought to achieve greatoutcomes
- A passionate focus on making a difference to the candidate’s experience of careertransition
- Strong administrative skills in order to maintain candidate records effectively and in a timelymanner
- Knowledge of or familiarity with career portals including use of premium databases
