The HR Operations Tower Leadis responsible for Implementation of the HR Operations strategy, by streamlining the HR processes and developing the overall efficiency of the HR administration. The responsibilities cover the entire HR spectrum of operational daily business workflows and operational matters along the whole employee-life-cycle (recruiting, contract creation, onboarding, colleague status changes, offboarding, as well as IT topics like internal systems’ maintenance and improvement). The HR Operations Tower Lead collaborates with HR people from various areas to identify gaps and initiate, lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive standardization, simplification, automation and digitalization of HR Services and processes
- Manage a high-performance team, providing strong leadership and enhancing efficient and customer-focused services
- Ensure effective task allocation within the HR Operations Team and a smooth shift flow.
- Ensure governance of the global HR strategy and processes in alignment with applicable regulations, policies, legislation, standards & templates
- Ensure expert advice to managers and all employees in the entire employee life-cycle and in all personnel matters
- Promote an effective performance culture through appropriate Talent Enablement measures and by establishing and maintain staffing performance measures and Service Level Agreements
- Identify, prioritize and lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management projects to reach operational excellence
- Manage process efficiency & effectiveness by defining and monitoring HR KPIs
- Manage frequent releases and upgrades of HR applications and systems
- Identify and gather automation & digital labor opportunities and develop business cases for potential technological enhancements
- Create and analyze reports to support workforce planning and management by using HRIS systems for data entry, modification and reporting
- Establish a frequent compliance reporting by establishing internal controls throughout the HR Process Landscape.
Your Profile:
- Education: Relevant University degree in Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Economics
- 8+ years of experience in an international in HR Operations management
- Experience in customer-focused services and Business excellence processes (e.g. lean management, process improvement)
- Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) experience
- Experience in driving standardization, simplification, automation and digitalization of HR
- Knowledge in HRIS (Workday, Success Factors, Cornerstone, or similar)
- MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
- Fluent Business English and Spanish
- Strategic and persistent mindset
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and time management (Project Management)
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong communicator
