In deze functie heb je een coördinerende rol richting collega's en ben je een coach in het inwerktraject van nieuwe collega's. Je neemt de taken van je leidinggevende waar bij afwezigheid en bent flexibel inzetbaar bij verschillende locaties van Holland Casino.
Daarnaast werk je 1 dag vanuit het hoofdkantoor van Holland casino in Hoofddorp. Heb jij reeds enkele jaren ervaring en ben je toe aan de volgende stap, solliciteer dan meteen!
Wat ga je doen?Klant- en kandidaat tevredenheid
- Je waarborgt een vlekkeloze dienstverlening conform SLA naar de klant;
- Je bent bezig met lange termijn en adhoc planningen voor Holland Casino;
- Je optimaliseert klantrelaties door middel van operationeel overleg;
- Je ondersteunt de regional client manager bij salestrajecten en klantevaluaties;
- Je begeleidt collega's en geeft hen handvaten bij uitdagingen;
- Je voert een effectief kandidatenbeleid met het oog op maximale kandidaat tevredenheid en zorgt voor een goede klantretentie;
- Je volgt het ziekteverzuim op en neemt proactieve acties om kandidaten voor een lange tijd te kunnen bemiddelen;
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt een relevant kandidatennetwerk op.
Vakmanschap en planmatig werken
- Je voorziet zowel de klant als de flexmedewerker van deskundig advies op gebied van HR en wet- en regelgeving;
- Je kent de kandidatenmarkt van de klant en neemt op basis hiervan initiatieven om gerichte leads te genereren t.b.v. de vestigingsdoelstellingen;
- Je neemt proactief acties gericht op het uitbouwen van de SLA.
Samenwerking
- Je geeft ondersteuning bij de opstart van een nieuwe vestiging of junior team;
- Je stelt initiatieven op ter optimalisatie van de huidige werkprocessen;
- Je kent de organisatie zodat je weet welke expertise en samenwerking met andere business lines mogelijk is.
Coördinerende taken
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt uit het team voor collega's en klant.
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met commerciële werkzaamheden in de recruitment sector;
- HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Goede kennis van Engels en Nederlands in Woord en geschrift;
- In bezit van het SEU diploma en VCU;
- Rijbewijs B;
- Reisbereidheid voor deze functie is een must.
- Aantrekkelijk salaris: het salaris van deze functie vindt je terug in de functiematrix, te vinden in de personeelsgids.
- Flexibiliteit: werk 40 uur per week (deels thuiswerken is mogelijk)
- Goede balans: ontvang 13 ADV-dagen per jaar (eerste jaar uitbetaald, daarna deels opneembaar) en 25,5 vakantiedagen.
- Uitstekende extra’s: vakantietoeslag (maandelijks mogelijk), winstdeling en een aantrekkelijke incentive regeling.
