Ihre Aufgaben

Als Sparringspartner sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner für die Führungskräfte & Mitarbeiter der Hauptverwaltung und unterstützen diese in allen HR bezogenen Aspekten des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus (Eintritt bis Austritt)
Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit dem HR Management, HR Fachabteilungen wie HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits sowie Talent Acquisition zusammen
Sie wirken aktiv bei der Rekrutierung und dem Talent Management für Schlüsselpositionen mit und führen bei Bedarf eigenständig Assessment und / oder Development Center durch
Sie identifizieren und entwickeln Talente und sorgen für eine frühzeitige Nachfolgeplanung in Ihrem Betreuungsbereich
Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie organisatorische Veränderungsprozesse auf Basis der Geschäftsanforderungen und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Organisationsentwicklung auf regionaler Ebene
Die Koordination, Implementierung und Optimierung definierter HR-Prozesse und - Instrumente, wie Performance Management und ein regelmäßiges Talent Review, gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt HR sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Konzernumfeld
Sie besitzen Expertise in verschiedenen HR Themenfeldern wie Recruiting, Talent & Performance Management, Change-Management sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
Sie haben Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Prozessoptimierung
Sie sind kommunikationsstark und überzeugen durch souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz
Neben strategischem und unternehmerischem Denkvermögen verfügen Sie über Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Diskretion sowie eine proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
Wenn Sie darüber hinaus über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse verfügen suchen wir genau Sie!
