Solution Analyst - IT Front Office

- Translating the global and local product requirements to detailed functional and technical requirements for an IT solution.
- Translating the local functional requests to technical requirements for an IT solution.
- Help in the Prioritizing functional enhancement requirements in alignment with the Product manager.
- Describing the detailed functional requirements in understandable user stories, story points and tasks.
- Describing the test cases in related to the feature and users’ stories including acceptance criteria.
- Support the development / scrum team for additional analysis and answering question.
- Steering the IT development team delivering the prioritized user stories/story points/tasks.
- Develop simple reporting in the solution and handover the reporting to the product manager.
- Delivering the translated functional requirements prioritized in the backlog for the IT development team.
- Translating the global product to an IT solution
- Translating high level functional requirements (Epics & Features) to detailed functional and technical requirements (User stories & Story points)
- Help the product manager for the prioritization of the backlog based on business value
- Managing the users’ stories backlog with measurable KPI`s
- Following Agile, DevOps, SCRUM and LEAN methodologies
- Collaborative and fruitful working relationship/partnership with the preferred IT supplier
- Collaborative and fruitful partnership with the Digital Product manager
- Collaborative and fruitful partnership with the Digital Success manager
- At least 8+ years of experience working as solution analyst in IT
- Prior experience of working in a IT analyst roles
- Prior experience of working with Salesforce solutions
- Prior experience in writing epics, features, user stories and test cases
- Experience in alignment with product manager
- Experience in prioritization of backlog based on value for the company
- Experience in working with external team(s) in different locations and time zones
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies using LEAN, Agile, Scrum DevOps, and Waterfall
- Work experience in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Good communication skills
