Senior Engineer – Low Code No Code Platforms

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer who thrives on building intelligent, scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Salesforce. You’ll be a hands-on problem solver, equally comfortable with declarative tools and custom development, and passionate about integrating AI and automation into enterprise workflows. 

Core Competencies

Power Platform Engineering

  • Deep experience building apps with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), automating workflows with Power Automate, and visualizing insights with Power BI. 
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and governance best practices. 
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions from scratch. 
  • Salesforce Architecture & Development 
  • Proven track record in Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Process Builder. 
  • Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, or Industry) and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Platform Events). 
  • Ability to design and implement robust data models, security architectures, and automation strategies. 

AI & Automation Integration

  • Familiarity with Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Salesforce Einstein capabilities. 
  • Able to design intelligent workflows—e.g., predictive lead scoring, case triaging, or next-best-action recommendations. 
  • Comfortable evaluating AI model performance and iterating on feature inputs. 
  • Full-Cycle Delivery 
  • Owns the full lifecycle: from requirements gathering and prototyping to deployment and post-go-live support. 
  • Skilled in DevOps practices (SFDX, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and test automation (e.g., Provar, Power Platform ALM). 
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. 

Collaboration & Communication

  • Translates business needs into technical specs and user stories. 
  • Works cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT security, and support teams. 
  • Mentors junior developers and fosters a culture of continuous learning. 

Skill Set

  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio 
  • Salesforce: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, Omni-Channel, Console 
  • Integration & DevOps: REST/SOAP APIs, SFDX, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions 
  • AI/ML Tools: Microsoft AI Builder, Salesforce Einstein, or custom ML services 
  • Foundations: Strong CS fundamentals, design patterns, and cloud-first mindset 
  • Soft Skills: Ownership, curiosity, clear communication, and mentoring mindset
