About the role

Mission

This role willsupport the oversight of large-scale HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to drive change across organizational functions. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering strategic HR solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

What you’ll be doing

Program Management:

Support Head Hr Strategy with aggregation of planning, execution, and delivery of HR transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, continuously monitoring progress and addressing deviations.

Manage multiple related projects within the program scope, coordinating dependencies and ensuring seamless integration.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.

Oversee risk management activities, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues that could impact program success.

Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, finance, and other departments to coordinate efforts and secure buy-in.

Change and Communications:

Develop and execute change management strategies to promote adoption of new HR systems, processes, and policies.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather feedback, address concerns, and build stakeholder commitment.

Design and implement communication plans, including newsletters, presentations, and digital updates, to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.

Lead training programs and develop materials to ensure users are equipped to adopt new tools and processes effectively.

Manage resistance to change by identifying barriers and deploying targeted interventions.

Monitor change adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize transformation success.

About you

7+ years' related work experience

Proven track record of leading large-scale HR transformation or change management initiatives.

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Proficiency with HRIS systems, data analytics, and process redesign tools.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with multiple HR systems and related tools is desirable.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred

Certification in Data Management and/or Analytics

Skills

Experience with global HR transformation projects.

Knowledge of digital HR solutions and emerging HR technology trends
