Product Innovation Lead, LHH CTM
The Product Innovation Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day work of the Early Careers innovation squad, translating strategy into action through research, experimentation, pilot delivery and continuous iteration. Working closely with the Head of Early Careers New Business Ventures and the wider Innovation Lab, this role brings together cross-functional teams, maintains momentum, measures success and turns learning into decisions about what to build, evolve or stop.
Early Careers is the initial focus for this role. As innovation priorities evolve, the Product Innovation Lead may transition to new ventures or propositions, applying their experience and learning to the next opportunity.

Key Accountabilities
- Help shape the Early Careers proposition and roadmap, contributing to decisions about who we serve, what we build, the order in which we build it, and how evidence informs priorities.
- Lead the day-to-day work of the Early Careers innovation squad, ensuring pilots and experiments progress, teams remain aligned, outcomes are measured, and learning is translated into clear next steps.
- Design and run experiments to test customer needs, commercial viability, pricing and routes to market, using evidence to recommend whether ideas should be iterated, scaled or stopped.
- Build a deep understanding of the Early Careers market through customer research, market analysis and competitor review, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with product, design and engineering colleagues to rapidly test ideas, while working with coaching, marketing and sales teams to engage users and buyers.
- Work closely with the Head of Early Careers New Business Ventures, who leads the commercial ambition for the proposition, while reporting to the Global Head of Innovation Lab.
- Build strong relationships across the business, influencing stakeholders and maintaining alignment without direct management responsibility.
- Support the transition of successful propositions into the wider business, or the responsible closure of initiatives that do not progress. As Innovation Lab priorities evolve, apply your experience and learning to future ventures and opportunities.
All About You
- You've helped build and launch new products, services or ventures, ideally taking ideas from concept through to first customers or users.
- You're naturally hands-on and comfortable conducting research, translating insights into product concepts, testing ideas and solving problems directly.
- You combine creativity with pragmatism, spotting opportunities where others see constraints and finding practical ways to move ideas forward.
- You're comfortable working in ambiguity, making progress without waiting for perfect information or detailed direction.
- You bring energy, curiosity and a positive, action-oriented mindset, helping create momentum and engagement across teams and stakeholders.
- You use evidence, customer insight and data to guide decisions, even when it challenges your initial assumptions.
- Experience in consumer or consumer-style product development would be an advantage.
- You're comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, experimentation and decision-making, and you're excited by the challenge of building new propositions and applying what you've learned to future opportunities.

- Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000per year plus annual bonus opportunity
Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.

Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
