Nous recherchons un Trésorier H/F afin d’accompagner le responsable de service trésorerie sur son périmètre. Poste à pourvoir à partir de mars 2025 basé à Villeurbanne.

Le Trésorier H/F est le garant de la bonne exécution des cycles de paiements, la gestion quotidienne des positions de trésorerie et la supervision des opérations exceptionnelles. Il mène des projets d'amélioration continue et standardisera les processus entre les entités.

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

Opérations courantes Trésorerie

·        Contrôler la bonne exécution des cycles de paiements de l’entreprise.

·        Contrôler la gestion quotidienne des positions et prévisions de Trésorerie.

·        Superviser en autonomie des opérations exceptionnelles de Trésorerie.

·        Résoudre les alertes soulevées par l’équipe sur les processus de paiement et de gestion

·        Assurer la continuité des opérations quotidiennes

Gestion de projets et amélioration continue

·        Gérer en autonomie les projets identifiés et les études ponctuelles

·        Standardiser les processus de Trésorerie entre les différentes entités.

·        Avoir un regard critique pour sécuriser et optimiser les processus de Trésorerie.

·        Assurer la maintenance et l’évolution de l’outil de gestion de Trésorerie groupe.

Communication / Information

·        Assurer la communication avec les partenaires internes et externes (Banques, Prestataires) pour la résolution de dysfonctionnements ou les projets d’évolution.

·        Contribuer à la communication avec la Trésorerie du Groupe.

·        Création et diffusion d’outils indicateurs de performance et d’analyses de résultat Trésorerie.


De formation BAC + 5 en gestion/finance, école de commerce…, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum sur des fonctions en trésorerie et vous parlez un anglais intermédiaire.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre capacité à gérer les imprévus. Un rythme soutenu et un respect des délais strict feront partie de votre quotidien.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les techniques de cash management, les process et outils bancaires ainsi qu’avec les logiciels de Trésorerie tels que Kyriba et la connectivité bancaire.

Vous appréciez de travailler en équipe et vous tenez à maintenir une communication fluide avec nos partenaires internes et externes dans un cadre d’amélioration de la performance et de la gestion des dysfonctionnements.
