Wat ga je doen

Je helpt je opdrachtgevers groeien en tilt topcarrières van kandidaten naar hoger niveau. Je houdt diepte-interviews — normaal face to face, nu even digitaal — om ervaring en wensen in kaart te brengen, zodat je ambities van je opdrachtgevers en droombanen van je kandidaten samenbrengt. Van CFO voor een startup in digital marketing en Strategy Lead bij een bank tot een partners voor de Big4. Kortom, mensen die het nieuws halen. We hebben meer dan genoeg opdrachten in consultancy, strategie, change & programmamanagement, digital & data en finance om je een vliegende start te geven. Ondertussen bouw je je eigen team op en je opdrachtenportefeuille uit, waarbij je gebruikt kunt maken van ons uitgebreide opdrachtgevers- en kandidatennetwerk. Anders dan bij veel andere bureaus werken wij als team veel samen, dat maakt ons mede zo succesvol.

Over jou

• Je hebt min. 5 jaar ervaring in werving en selectie.

• Je hebt een vwo-diploma met afgeronde bachelor of master.

• Je hebt een relevant netwerk in finance.

• Je bent commercieel gedreven.

• Je krijgt energie van connecten met collega’s, klanten en kandidaten.

We zoeken een gedreven professional die toe is aan een derde stap in zijn of haar carrière en zoekt naar vooruitgang, meer kwaliteit, gelijkgestemden en die verder wil leren en zich wil optrekken aan ervaren managers. Je mag bij ons je eigen team op- en uitbouwen En je kunt direct gebruiken maken van ons uitgebreide, bestaande klant- en kandidatennetwerk, maar we verwachten ook inbreng van jou. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je slim en commercieel bent.
