Gleichzeitig arbeitest Du gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Key Account Management und weiteren internen Stakeholdern?
Dann suchen wir Dich als Contract Manager (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.
Deine Aufgaben- Du erstellst Rahmenverträge auf Basis standardisierter Muster und berücksichtigst kundenspezifische Anforderungen.
- Du prüfst externe Rahmenverträge auf rechtliche, kommerzielle und prozessuale Aspekte und identifizierst Risiken sowie Handlungsbedarfe.
- Du berätst Sales-Kolleg:innen und Key Account Manager bei vertraglichen Fragen und Verhandlungen.
- Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst du die Vorbereitung und Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern.
- Du koordinierst interne Stakeholder und den Approval-Prozess bis zur Freigabe.
- Du begleitest Vertragsabschlüsse end-to-end – von der administrativen Abwicklung bis zur Unterzeichnung.
- Du verantwortest die Vertragsadministration und Dokumentation in unseren Systemen, z. B. SharePoint und Vertragssoftware.
- Während der Vertragslaufzeit kümmerst du dich um Zusatzvereinbarungen, Anpassungen, Verlängerungen und Kündigungen.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst idealerweise 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement, Vertragswesen oder einem rechtlich geprägten Unternehmensumfeld mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Vertrags- und Verhandlungsführung und trittst souverän gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartner auf.
- Du kannst rechtliche und kommerzielle Themen schnell erfassen und verständlich aufbereiten.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei mehreren Prozessen den Überblick.
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten und arbeitest sicher mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.
- Du bist eine pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Ansprechperson für das Business und verbindest Risikobewusstsein mit unternehmerischem Denken.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Vertragsmanagement-Systemen rundet dein Profil ab.
Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Position mit hoher Schnittstellenfunktion und der Möglichkeit, Vertragsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten. Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und erhältst einen umfassenden Einblick in unterschiedliche Kunden-, Vertrags- und Geschäftsmodelle.
Dabei übernimmst du von Beginn an Verantwortung und kannst deine Expertise sowohl im operativen Vertragsmanagement als auch in Verhandlungssituationen aktiv einbringen und weiterentwickeln.
