Als E-commerce Specialist vervul jij een sturende en uitvoerende rol bij het verder uitbouwen van de omni-channel wervingsstrategie van Adecco.

Het marketingteam van Adecco heeft een stevige groeiambitie en richt zich hoofdzakelijk op de customer journey van onze kandidaten, klanten en eigen medewerkers. Er wordt multidisciplinair gewerkt vanuit de onderdelen: Communication & Content, Customer Experience en Digital Marketing.

Wat ga je doen

Verder uitrollen van omnichannel wervingsstrategie;
Adviseren over, implementeren en monitoren van online recruitment campagnes voor specifieke opdrachtgevers;
De omnichannel mix performance voor always-on campagnes verbeteren;
Nauw samenwerken met interne stakeholders;
Aansturen van externe specialisten (seo, sea, affiliates, social);
Actieve bijdrage leveren aan het optimaliseren van de customer journey van onze kandidaten;
Meewerken aan het creëren van een optimaal werkend digitaal marketing landschap (processen, systemen en tools) die het beste rendeert voor Adecco;
Datagedreven werken en sturen op KPI’s;
Je werkt nauw samen met de channel specialists en de Service Managers van de vestigingen;
Je rapporteert aan de Marketing Manager en indirect aan de directie.

Over jou

Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau;
Ervaring met omnichannel strategie en uitvoering van succesvolle campagnes (online middelen mix);
3 - 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
Ervaring met campagne management en projectmatig werken (agile, scrum)
Zelfstartend en ondernemend;
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (schriftelijk en mondeling);
Analytisch inzicht.

Iedere maand een fijn salaris op basis van ervaring tussen € 3095 - € 4973 (gebaseerd op fulltime functie);
Uitstekende aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 13e maand, onkostenvergoeding; kilometervergoeding, 8,33% vakantietoeslag en pensioenopbouw;
Op basis van fulltime: 25,5 vakantiedagen, recht op kopen van ADV dagen na het 1^e jaar;
