Main Tasks
1. Client & Candidate Management
- Maintaining & developing your own network of clients and candidates.
- Acting as an expert on the market by advising your clients and candidates in their best interest, on a long term perspective.
- Managing your mandates in an independent manner and driving the recruitment process from A to Z
- Advising clients by understanding their needs and defining the right profile.
- Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates through network, social media and job boards.
- Leading the interviews based on competencies, assess relevant skills.
- Maintaining & developing relationship with your network of candidates
- Developing business of new clients with high level of customer satisfaction
- Joining and managing ad hoc internal projects
- Ensuring client satisfaction (follow-up on placement, in-voicing, guarantee etc.)
- Ensuring database management, ensure candidate information & documentation in the system
2. Business Generation
- Generating business for the team
- Headhunting and networking to develop B&C brand and reputation
- Being a recognized member of the community within your region
- Organizing events and conferences to promote Badenoch & Clark
- Conducting sales calls in order to introduce B&C services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients
- Developing new accounts & retain existing accounts
- Mapping out key clients and implement effective touch point strategies
- Keeping in close contact with existing clients to keep ahead of their needs
- Generating leads from all possible sources including networking
- Ensuring all B&C services are promoted appropriately
- Developing cross-selling
- Keeping up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market
- Developing consultative sales approach
- Negotiating with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business
- Meeting Business Development KPI’s; cold calls, client meetings
3. People Management
- Lead min. 2 Senior Consultants or Consultants and build a pipeline of future consultants
- Conduct effective appraisals and competency development to plan for individual development
- Ensure your management practice is in line with the HR Group policy and procedure
- Use of effective coaching techniques to improve management by exception

- Recruitment Firm experience with an expertise within a Sector or Function
