Mission

We are now looking for a ProductDelivery Lead for our global Adecco chatbot solution.

As Delivery Lead, you will sit within the Digital Product Organisation and work alongside us to help shape the future direction of the Adecco Group and our brands. You will report to the global product manager and you will be responsible for designing quality solutions in cooperation with the product manager and the tech lead and to ensure timely deliveries.

Our goal is to deliver a truly innovative digital experience for our audiences (guests, candidates, associates etc.) by leveraging use of the best in-class solutions and technologies. Our tech. stack is cutting-edge using ReactJS, C#, .Net, Azure (and MS tech stack), JavaScript, SQL, Python.

Career Assistant, our Chabot native solution, is part of our global digital portfolio and is a solution deployed across countries and brands with the goal to understand and help our users, while supporting them in all phases of their career journey. By joining Career Assistant, you would be one of the protagonists and key drivers to achieve the product vision of becoming the #1 AI driven personal career advisor.  

You will be the lynch pin and daily lead of a high performing cross-functional team made of developers, designers and data scientists. You will form a vital part of the leadership team and make all calls on designs, daily priorities and assignment of tasks. The role involves scrum master responsibilities as well.

Additionally, you will be part of cross-functional work groups where you will be expected to contribute to build up and disseminate good practices, especially those synonymous with an agile mindset.

Responsibilities
  • As Product Delivery Lead you combine deep technical knowledge with people leadership skills
  • You will lead a cross-functional team of software developers, who will report directly to you, and of designers and data scientists. You are both technical manager and mentor and, as a pioneer, you drive all technical implementations forward
  • You own and manage the delivery of the product, making sure the workload is balanced across the team members and that delivery is performed as committed within the sprint.
  • You are the first point of contact for the product manager, working closely together to design technical solutions to complex business problems, and breaking them down into features and milestones, setting priorities and goals for the entire team
  • Together with the tech lead, you develop the architectural roadmap for the product, and you are the keeper of our technical documentations, being the spoke person and point of contact for our IT organization
  • Add value by leveraging current trends in software design, architecture, web services and Machine Learning and convert these learnings into a future-proof technology strategy


Experience

  • 4-5 years of strong technical leadership experience, developing, coaching, and mentoring engineers
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to share technical ideas and direction across the organization and a proven ability to influence decision making at all levels and in a variety of contexts
  • You bring 5-10 years' experience in full development cycle in an agile setting, including testing (manual and automated) and deployment to CI/CD systems for both Frontend, Backend and Machine Learning systems with React, JavaScript and Python
  • Solid knowledge of MS Development Stack– C#, .Net, Azure
  • Understanding of software delivery KPIs (release velocity, lead time, ...) and how to influence them to create a high performing technology organization


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with conversational bot frameworks like Google Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, Microsoft Luis, Nuance Nina, Amazon Lex
  • NLP techniques and skills including statistical analysis, machine learning methods and text representation techniques
  • Experience in the data field of knowledge, eg. analytics, data science, algorithms, etc., and any related programming languages, eg. Python, R, Scala
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture 
  • Experience with Enterprise Service Bus 
  • Ideally: DDD (Domain Driven Design)
