Business Analyst, Service Now
Germany Apply for RoleAs a Business Analyst for the Adecco ServiceNow platform, your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and driving increased customer satisfaction. You will help achieve our strategic vision, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders, enable high-quality services, and enhance overall business efficiency. Your primary focus will be in the HR & Case Management suite of products.
What you’ll be doingVision and Strategy:
- Develop and maintain a clear vision and roadmap for ServiceNow components by continuously assessing the market, customer feedback, and technological advancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the architecture & development teams and internal or external stakeholders
- Gather and integrate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to drive continuous improvement
User Adoption and Communication:
- Drive user adoption by developing and implementing effective communication strategies around new features and updates
- Ensure availability of comprehensive documentation, including release notes and user guides, to support users in understanding and utilizing new functionalities
Backlog Management, Planning and Execution:
- Create, prioritize, and manage the demand backlog to ensure it aligns with the roadmap and business priorities
- Oversee planning sessions, ensuring that the team understands the requirements and objectives of each deliverable
- Make informed decisions about trade-offs and priorities based on stakeholder input and project constraints
Development and Delivery:
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ServiceNow module features keeping full compliancy with Adecco standards
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, impact and license management
- Significant IT experience in Solution & Project management as IT relates to provisioning, support and maintenance with specific knowledge
- Previous experience of working with ServiceNow products
- Good understanding of Adecco business organization, business processes and corporate culture
- Excellent understanding of Adecco IT architecture, systems and technologies.
- Good understanding of operations planning and capacity management
- Experience in working within a Global company
- University degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education
- ITIL 3/4 certification
- Project Management education and experience
- Agile delivery methodology
- Fluent level of English
Please note the role will require an occasional travel (up to 20%)
